The Lorain City Health Department acknowledges that it maintains many records that are used in the administration and operations of the Lorain City Health Department and the ability to access them are a means to provide trust between the public and the Lorain City Health Department. The Lorain City Health Department maintains its records in a manner which allows the Lorain City Health Department to provide the general public prompt inspection of the Lorain City Health Department’s public records unless they are specifically exempt from disclosure under the Ohio Revised Code, and copies of these records within a reasonable amount of time during its regular business hours, with the exception of published holidays.
